For over a decade, I've served as a GP partner in inner-city Birmingham, where I’ve supported GP Registrars in their training and exam preparation. In my role, I’ve helped registrars who previously failed their exams, guiding them toward successfully completing GP training and obtaining their CCT. My experience includes training registrars from diverse backgrounds, including both UK and International Medical Graduates, as well as those facing difficulties in their training.

Alongside my training work, I’ve held leadership roles in primary care, including serving as a PCN Director. This has given me valuable insight into what examiners and real-world patients truly value.

Another area I’m particularly passionate about is supporting registrars with neurodiversity. I believe these unique perspectives can be real strengths, and I work with registrars to help them use their skills to their advantage in both exams and day-to-day practice.

I also have a strong interest in lifestyle and functional medicine. I’m a qualified Functional Medicine Practitioner (AFMCP) and a certified Healthy Gut Practitioner, with a special focus on the gut microbiome and its impact on health.
